Key Responsibilities
- To promote individuality, choice, independence, dignity and respect to individuals
- Building on previous experience, deliver a range of support services as required
- To deliver the Virtual Wards project engaging with relevant health professionals
- To ensure vulnerable people are safeguarded from abuse and to report any instances of alleged abuse
- To support Unity clients across various services including home support and other projects
