Test Valley Health Walks are offering free, friendly group walks taking place regularly across Test Valley.
Whether you’re just getting started or already enjoy walking, these relaxed sessions are a great way to build activity into your routine. Walks typically last around an hour, follow easy local routes, and are led by supportive volunteer leaders.
Across both North and South Test Valley, there are multiple weekly opportunities to join in, including morning, afternoon and weekend walks in and around Andover, Romsey, and surrounding communities.
