With the combined knowledge and expertise in the room, we intend to form an action plan based on the two most popular themes from the last meeting:

How to achieve strong collaborative and integrated working with those supporting better health services, identifying the most important actions for change

Agree what actions can and should be taken forward to build on the existing work, or create new opportunities in early intervention and preventative healthcare
