Unity currently run two exciting growing projects.
HCC Adult Services can provide information and advice about help in your home, moving into a care home, living with disabilities, your well-being and finances; how to contact a social worker; whether you are eligible for financial help; how to contact your local Community mental-health team; how to register as disabled; find out about meal delivery services; how to apply for a bus pass or concessionary travel; find some help with household chores; help with care choices; search for residential and nursing care-homes; read about Extra care and sheltered housing. There is a helpline (01329 225398) which is staffed by specialists who can help and support you in accessing adult social care, arrange care and carer assessments and financial assessments
