Do you have some time on your hands and feel ready to take on a fresh challenge?

Our advisor roles are varied and rewarding and our volunteers enjoy being able to make a valuable contribution and positive impact on people’s lives.

If you are a good communicator, have a confident can-do attitude and competent IT skills, we will have a volunteer role to suit you. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided.

We ask that you volunteer at least 6 hours a week (one full of two half days) based in our Andover or Romsey offices. Once fully trained, there may be an option to work from home.

We can help people online, over the telephone or face to face and while advising, you might help clients explore what benefits are available to them and help them complete an application form, help someone understand their rights as a tenant in a rented property or help understand and manage their debts. We always aim to advise our clients and empower them to help themselves as much as possible.
