1st Andover Scouts are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Trustee Board. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to support young people in gaining valuable skills for life, while contributing to a well-established community organisation.

 

About the Role

 

As a Trustee Board Member, the volunteer will be part of a friendly and supportive team responsible for the overall governance of the group. No previous experience with Scouts is required – just enthusiasm, good judgement, and a willingness to help.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

Helping to make decisions about how the group is run

Ensuring the group meets its legal and financial responsibilities

Supporting volunteers so they can focus on delivering engaging activities for young people
