Sport in Mind is a mental health sports charity who provide a wide range of free sports and physical sessions to suit everyone. Our weekly sessions are open to anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems as well as carers and all our groups meet weekly and take place in a safe, supportive and fun environment. When it comes to volunteering at a Sport in Mind session, the softer skills are what really matter. We are looking for individuals who are kind, friendly and approachable, and able to engage our attendees in the activity in a way in which they gain the maximum benefit. We ask that session volunteers attend their allocated session(s) as regularly as possible to provide consistency for our participants.  We are looking for volunteers to support our yoga session in Andover.
