Andover Twenty1 provides educational services and family support to children with Down’s Syndrome and their families who live in Andover and the surrounding area. including Newbury, Winchester and Salisbury and smaller towns and villages in between.
We are looking for an Operations Volunteer and Administrator to manage our Services.
These services include Early Development Groups, Nursery and School Service and Training.
The whole team shares information via Google Drive and Google Mail to ensure continuity between all team members. The volunteer would need to be comfortable with using Google Drive.
The Operations job will entail the following and will take approximately 2 hours a week, which include attending a monthly committee meeting on line at 8pm. At the end of the summer term there may be a little more time required to set up services for the following
academic year.
● Managing the administration of the services; nursery service, Early Development Groups, school services and training
● Create a yearly training programme, including emails invites and booking Venues,liaise with the facilitator. Subject matter for the training will be provided by the Trustees
● Liaise with LET’s Go Uk, our facilitator of the services when arranging the services.
● Record attendance at services using the LET'S Go Tracker & Training Registers currently set up on Google Drive
● Keep the Service Users spreadsheet up to date
● Manage contact list and labels in Google mail to keep up to date when services change or new members arrive.
The new volunteer would be given a training session on our google drive and google mail initially and meet the team at an online committee meeting. Then they would be eased into the job gradually to ensure they understand the procedures and the services
