Step into a role where your optimism and people skills make a real impact. As part of the Explorers Team, you’ll support young people aged 14–18 in the Explorer Sections, helping shape experiences that are inclusive, community‑focused and driven by the voices of young people.
You’ll help build strong links between Scouts and Explorers, support exciting outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping and expeditions, and facilitate the Young Leader Programme, helping young people develop confidence and leadership skills.
Whether you’re supporting activities or encouraging young people to grow into future leaders, your contribution will unlock new possibilities. If you enjoy working with people, value collaboration and want to support our oldest young members, we’d love to welcome you.

Full training is provided. Previous experience in outdoor activities, youth work or Scouting would be beneficial but is not essential.
