If you’ve got a smile on your face, you love getting stuck in, and you're proud to include everyone, then being a Cubs Team Member is perfect for you. Step into the world of Cubs and help our energetic 8 to 10½ year olds on their journey to gaining skills for life. Joining our Cubs Team means you'll help run our Cub Pack; we promise you’ll feel energised, excited, and enthusiastic! As a Cubs Team Member, you might: Plan a super sports night Take the Cubs to a museum Build a spaghetti bridge Award the Cubs some badges Work as a team to build a great programme of activities One week you might be whipping up tasty treats in a baking bonanza. The next? Diving into global issues or teaching them how to navigate with confidence (even if you have to learn it first!). At Cubs, every session is a chance to explore hobbies, uncover hidden talents, and build resilience; all while having fun! The best bit? You don't need to have done it before, just come along, enjoy it and try something new.
About the Role
Helping the young people with a variety of activities, from cooking to camping, climbing to learning about local history. Organising sessions and resources, planning and tidying up.
Skills & Experience Needed
Good communication skills, all other training is provided.
