Hampshire Scouts - 23rd Andover Cubs is seeking enthusiastic Cub Scout volunteers to work with 8–10 year olds. This is a vital role at the heart of our programme, helping young people explore, learn, and develop skills for life in a fun and inclusive environment.
About the Role
As a Cubs Team Member, you will play a key part in running the Cub Pack and supporting a wide range of activities. You will:
Support young people in both indoor and outdoor activities
Inspire curiosity, confidence, and skills for life
Help plan and deliver activities such as cooking, games, stargazing, and creative challenges
Work closely with other volunteers and leaders to ensure a safe and inclusive environment
Encourage Cubs to try new things and develop their interests

Skills & Experience Needed
Good communication skills
Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to engage with children
All other training will be provided
Requirements
A DBS (criminal record) check will be required
