Take a step toward feeling better - literally! Join our friendly Walk & Talk group for a boost of fresh air, good conversation, and a clearer mind - held every two weeks. Moving your body and connecting with others is one of the simplest, most uplifing way to improve your mental health. Each walk is gently guided by a volunteer facilitator who helps keep the group together and the conversation flowing. All ages and abilities are welcome!
