Do you live with a Veteran who is suffering with PTSD or poor mental health? Then by proxy, you are suffering too. Living with a veteran with PTSD is an emotional and practical roller coaster.
Veterans in Action recognise to support our veterans, it means supporting the whole family unit. We are starting a new partner's support group. This group will meet up one evening a month, where attendees can share experiences in a safe environment with people who understand with no judgement.
We will be running activities as well as offering practical advice and support.
If you are interested in joining the group then the 1st meeting will be held at the VIA Centre at 7pm on Thursday 18th December - The Old Grain Store Redenham Park SP11 9AQ
