Get ready for a fun-filled morning as we dive into five thrilling areas: First up, we'll explore how being outdoors can boost your mood and melt away stress. Next, discover how outdoor adventures can create a sense of community, helping you make new friends and build support networks. In the third spotlight, we're breaking down barriers by encouraging men to jump into physical activities without any stigma—let's make fitness inclusive and fun for everyone! Fourth, we'll uncover the soothing magic of gardening and nature-based hobbies, perfect for unwinding and recharging. Lastly, we'll emphasis keeping the outdoor fun going for long-term happiness and health.
We're thrilled to welcome Michael Parker, the enthusiastic chairman of Rooting 4 Andover Community Garden, and Michael Cunningham from Kick Start FC to join in the fun.
To kick things off with a splash of adventure, we're planning a pre-event walk to Knight's Enham, starting at Tesco. ( TJ will meet you there at 0945) This stroll is a great way to shake off any nerves and get into the groove. Plus, we'll capture the journey on video and share it on our Facebook page, giving everyone a sneak peek and making it super easy to find us.
Can't wait to see you there for a morning of outdoor fun!
