Creative Connections

Creative Connections is a four-week series of community-based art workshops designed as a social prescribing intervention to support mental health and wellbeing. ‘Mapping’ is our theme. Engage in weekly creative art sessions at our beautiful converted chapel, it’s a safe, calm and supportive environment. Participants, referred by healthcare or community link workers, can join our accessible workshops using art-making and group activities to reduce anxiety, build social connections, improve mood,whilst developing confidence and coping skills.
