Appleshaw Santa Dash 2024

The Appleshaw Santa Dash is back with a festive family event to get you into the Christmas spirit while raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK!

Join us on Sunday, December 1st, for an even bigger and better Santa Dash. Whether you're up for a run, jog, or a scenic winter walk with your dog, the 3km route through our charming village starts and finishes at The Walnut Tree pub.

This year, we continue our eco-friendly efforts with Santa suits—you can either purchase one or compete in our fancy-dress competition for a chance to win fantastic prizes.

One free child entry with the purchase of an adult ticket sponsored by The Walnut Tree Pub

The route is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and four-legged friends are welcome, but please keep them on a short lead throughout the event.

Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., with a warm-up, followed by the Santa Dash at 11:15 a.m.

The fabulous Jake Ward will join us to entertain with all your festive favorites and get you into the Christmas spirit.

The Walnut Tree Pub will also be open, serving well-earned drinks (including our famous mulled wine)

There will also be tasty bacon rolls and hot dogs to purchase sponsored by Pilgrims UK Lamb along with festive treats and festive gifts from local crafters

Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus will make a special appearance, bringing small gifts for children registered under the age of 13.

This Santa Dash is open to everyone and is a wonderful way to support Prostate Cancer UK, this year’s chosen charity
