At Kick Start FC we have been improving the mental health and social wellbeing of our service users since 2020. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem in any given year.
Using the power of football and an ethos of 'tackling the mind', we have positively influenced the lives of over 400 people through active engagement and peer support.
