Treasurer

Andover District scouts are looking for someone who can work alone and part of a team, to enable the financial needs of their District Trustee Board. They need someone needs to have a positive and friendly attitude who is willing to be curious and explore options for our groups and members. To encourage and enable both us and our groups to be compliant in line with the Charity Commision.

What activities will you be doing?
Look after finances, such as making sure Groups/Districts/Counties are collecting all membership fees and making all payments.

Share details about income and spend with other Trustees.

Make sure Gift Aid is being claimed.

Make sure proper accounts are kept and draw up policies on finance and investment.
