The main stage and arena will host military bands, local dance groups and choirs, while face painting, a fun fair and food vendors will keep families entertained.
Local businesses and military organisations will set up stalls, and local groups will run sports activities for youngsters.
A special commemorative programme will mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day this year.
This will include a 64-page booklet featuring historical insights into the regiments and forces involved in VE Day.
A number of distinguished guests, including representatives from the Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire's office, local MPs, the Mayor of Test Valley and the Mayor of Andover, have been invited to attend.
Local schools, cadet groups, and community organisations have also been encouraged to participate.
The chairman of Andover Armed Forces Day, Richard Rowles, said: "Andover Armed Forces Day is a fantastic opportunity to show our appreciation for the Armed Forces community.
"This year’s event will not only celebrate their service, but also honour the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a meaningful historical tribute.
"We encourage everyone to join us for a fun-filled and commemorative day at Vigo Park."
