The Valley Church is a free church which meets in Andover which has a history in the local community dating back over one hundred years. We currently have no regular Congregational meetings but meet regularly in one another's homes. We also own and operate the Bridge Community building known locally as 'The Bridge' in the centre of Andover providing community services including youth work (after school drop-in centre, exam revision groups, sleepovers), a family friendly coffee shop, a parent and toddler group, debt counselling, personal counselling, washing and laundry facilities for the homeless, distribution point for the Foodbank, a drop-in centre for the elderly, town ministers' fraternal, rehearsal space for community productions, international student outreach. These projects have been adapted over time to meet the changing needs. Many other charitable organisations use the inexpensive facilities
