We aim to protect and promote good health among people of all ages living with Arthritis in the Romsey and surrounding areas by providing hydrotheraphy sessions to optimise physical potential by assisting movement in non-weight bearing exercise in warm water designed to reduce arthritic pain, strengthen muscles and improve general fitness.
