This year due to Covid-19, AOPF have been unable to hold their regular Full of Life event to celebrate the International Older People’s Day on 1st October. They have decided instead to invite their members to share their experiences of ‘Lockdown’ – the challenges, the achievements, the projects, the frustrations – and for them to send them to us by 31st October. All will be put in a box and a winning experience chosen at random for a prize of £25. We are creating a page on our website to share these anonymously. Entries could be text accounts, photographs of things made, poems of what Lockdown meant to them etc.
The good news is that now you don’t have to have to be a member to enter! You just have to be an older person!
Click on the logo for a more complete description and if you want to submit an entry, you need to do so by 31st October 2020 at the latest.
