Yellow Door has an exciting opportunity within Yellow Door’s Domestic Abuse Team. This will be a temporary position for 6 months, ideally starting as soon as possible for 37.5 hours per week.
Band 5 Scale Point 17 – 24 (£22,956 – £28, 321) scale appointment based on qualifications and experience.
The role will include delivering tailored peer support programmes to adults, young people & children who have experienced domestic and sexual abuse, case holding clients who are identified as requiring 1:1 support and staffing the local Domestic Abuse Helpline.
Suitable candidates will have experience of experience of delivering group programmes or training, knowledge & understanding of the impact and risks relating to domestic and sexual abuse and experience of case holding and providing advice or advocacy, preferably to people who have experienced domestic and or sexual abuse.
