Vacancy – Well-being Coordinator – Test Valley
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our successful Well-being team at Andover Mind who makes a difference to individuals with mental health problems.
Our Well-being centres in Test Valley provide a range of services to support individuals with mental health problems. In addition to supporting people in their recovery from serious mental health problems, we also provide advice and information services to help prevent the onset of mental health conditions. The services we provide are personalised and individuals are supported to develop their own interests in the community.
The role of our Well-being Coordinator is to support the Well-being Centre Manager with the day to day running of the well-being services in Andover which will include being the lead and driver with working alongside our Ugly Duckling Project and any new developments. The role is also to provide recovery-focused support in line with our well-being strategy. You will also support our service users in their recovery through low and high-intensity support structures in conjunction with the recovery star plan.
We offer ongoing training and development to all staff. We offer 27 days holiday entitlement rising to 30 days after 3 full years service, plus bank holidays.

Salary: £16,608 p.a. (FTE £20,085 p.a.)
Hours: 22.5 over3 days, preferably Monday, Tuesday and Friday but working pattern can be discussed at interview.
