Andover Mind is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join their Board of Trustees and help shape the future of their charity.As a trustee, you will play an important role in ensuring Andover Mind is well governed, financially sustainable and able to deliver high-quality support to those who need it most. Trustees work collectively to provide strategic direction, oversee the charity's performance, and ensure that resources are used effectively to achieve their charitable objectives. This is an opportunity to use your skills, experience and perspective to make a real difference. Whether your background is in business, finance, human resources, law, healthcare, community engagement, fundraising, marketing or another field, your knowledge and insight could help strengthen their organisation and support the people who rely on their services.

While trustees are not involved in the day-to-day running of services, they work closely with senior staff to ensure the charity remains focused on its mission and continues to develop in a way that meets local needs.
