About the role

Oxfam’s Romsey shop is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator Volunteer to help bring the shop to life online. You’ll play a key role in promoting the shop, encouraging volunteering, and raising awareness of Oxfam’s campaigns through engaging social media content.

This flexible role fits easily around your work, studies, or other commitments, with just 2–4 hours per week required.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and posting engaging content for the shop’s social media accounts
  • Helping to grow and engage online audiences
  • Promoting shop activities, donations, and volunteering opportunities
  • Supporting awareness of Oxfam campaigns and initiatives
  • Bringing creative ideas to showcase the shop at the heart of the community

 

What they're looking for

  • An interest in social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
  • Confidence using a smartphone and basic digital tools
  • Creativity and enthusiasm
  • Good communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications or training are helpful, but not essential
