Alliance Project Co-Ordinator

The post will involve the coordination of day-to-day processes and execution of the Alliance Project; liaising with the Project Manager working towards Building Better Opportunities Guidelines. They will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the Alliance Project team and with all beneficiaries of the project, for the purpose of developing and delivering personal and social development and training opportunities for individuals. They will also source additional opportunities for project participants liaising across departments in RCS Ltd and with external agencies/organisations to provide specialist support when required and opportunities for progression. 

£25,000 pa / 37 hours per week (funded to March 2022 with possible extension)

Alliance Project Support Worker

The post will involve working at neighbourhood level in New Forest, Test Valley & Basingstoke Area to support the employment service infrastructure; to improve the potential of unemployed, economically inactive and workless people to gain employment. They will undertake the necessary outreach work to identify and engage an appropriate number of potential clients to meet the agreed caseload and employment targets. Perform employability assessment of participants. Complete agreed participant personal employability action plan, one to one participant mentoring, personal development coaching, seek solutions to remove participant’s barriers to employment, support participant with job search skills, completing job application forms, improving job interview techniques and source progression routes into education/training and employment for participants.

£22126 pa / 37 hours per week (funded to March 2022 with possible extension)

Location – Romsey one day per week / deliverable locations as prescribed

Administrator

This post will provide a professional, comprehensive and confidential support service to a busy office.  They will be pro-active in the co-ordination and support, with the ability to prioritise workload using standard and advanced spreadsheets, databases and word.  To perform daily duties such as answering and screening telephone calls and office enquires; taking messages; answering queries; copying and collating; and other routine duties necessary to assist other members of the team.

£17,316 pa / 37 hours per week
