Strong Parents-Strong Children parents' course

February 17, 2020

Another successful Strong Parents-Strong Children parents’ course came to an end this week in Andover.  The course leader said, “It was a pleasure to work with this multi-cultural, diverse group of parents who engaged fully throughout the course and shared their own experiences with each other to support the other parents within the group.  Their different characters brought a sense of fun to the sessions.”

Quotes from participants:
“I learnt strategies to manage challenging behaviour, becoming a happier parent and making our home a happier place.”
“I learnt how to deal with my child’s behaviour and what to do in hard situations.”
“The course is perfect, very helpful.  I learnt effective parenting skills and to lead by example.”
“I received guidance to be a better parent.  Understanding and listening more to the child.”
I gained confidence as a parent to resolve problems between the child and parent without upsetting each other.”
