National Lottery Community Fund

July 27, 2020

The National Lottery Community Fund is still working to allocate funds on behalf of the government as part of their covid response. Funding is available for either under £10k or above, for six months only. Please see our website for details on how to apply.
https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/
We are looking to support:-

  • Organisations supporting people who are at high risk from COVID-19
  • Organisations supporting communities most likely to face increased demand and challenges as a direct result of COVID-19
  • Organisations with high potential to support communities with the direct and indirect impact of COVID-19

As a Fund we really recognise the disproportionate impact Covid-19 continues to have on some communities. To that end, we are particularly interested in seeing applications from organisations supporting BAME communities, LGBTQ+ communities and user-led disability groups (DPOs – run and controlled by disabled people themselves).
Anything you’re able to do to help direct and support any relevant groups from your area towards the funding, and encourage them to apply sooner rather than later, is greatly appreciated.
Organisations can apply for liquidity support to cover fundraising shortfalls due to the covid crisis, or core costs, as well as activities that directly relate to their emergency response activities. This fund will not be available for much longer so a speedy response is advisable.
