The Mental Health Foundation have chosen Nature for their Mental Health Awareness Week, for being outside can bring so many benefits to our wellbeing. A lot of our volunteers have spent the last few months and more working outdoors, but that doesn’t mean we always take the time to notice or appreciate our surroundings.
From delivering prescriptions across the community, to keeping our vaccination clinic car park in flow, there have been much bigger tasks at hand for our Volunteers to focus on with incredible work being done. So this week, wherever you are volunteering, take a moment to stop, breathe and immerse yourself in Nature.
