Test Valley Borough Council would like to invite you to take part in two exciting Christmas projects taking place this year. See below for details about the Andover Christmas Tree Festival and Andover Window Wanderland over the weekend of 28 and 29 November 2020!
Andover Christmas Tree Festival is inviting businesses, schools and community groups to design and decorate one of 100 Christmas tree panels, which will then be brought together in an outdoor exhibition outside The Lights and the Andover Leisure Centre. The trees will be lit at night and the experience will be enhanced with a soundscape and the public will be encouraged to wander amongst the trees and soak up the festive atmosphere. We would love to have all our businesses represented in this town event. If you would like to take part in the Tree Festival please get in touch?
Andover Window Wanderland will be a fantastic walking art trail to light up the winter streets. Again the project is inviting businesses, residents, schools and shops to decorate their widows in the form of a light box or any decorative display. During a set time each evening on the 28th and 29th November, 5-9pm, the windows are switched on to create a nightly trail of unique and shining artworks. Our map is growing but we would really like to include as many people and organisations as possible across the town.
Please have a look at the Facebook page or website for a taste of how wonderful it could be, https://www.windowwanderland.com/event/andover-2020/ and https://www.facebook.com/WindowWanderlandAndover/
Please register interest with us for both events or send any questions you may have to email@example.com
