As it’s one of their missions at St John Ambulance to break down stigma related to mental health in the workplace, they want to inform us all the great things they doing in support of this important national awareness week.
They are releasing a new mental health mini e-learning module every day and offering lots of free resources (including a new ‘Managers Guide: Managing wellbeing for remote workers) for you to use in your workplace, with the aim of improving workplace mental health. There CPD accredited free online webinar session is focusing on workplace cultures and shining a spotlight on wellbeing in the workplace.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event when there is an opportunity for the whole of the UK to focus on achieving positive mental health. The event has grown to become one of the biggest awareness weeks across the UK and globally.
