Home-Start Hampshire is seeking an inspiring and dynamic individual to lead the organisation forward with enthusiasm and energy.  Through a commitment to our vision and values you will lead and develop the Home-Start staff and volunteer team to make a real difference to the families we work with.

The Chief Executive will be responsible for strategic, financial and operational leadership and overall day to day management through the senior staff team. You will have a track record for income generation, of developing partnerships with key funders, and an ability to develop creative sustainable funding streams.

Working with your management team and with the Trustee Board you will continue to develop positive productive relationships across the organisation and the wider community, enabling us to grow further, building on our reputation for excellent, highly effective early intervention work with families.

This is an exciting and critical time to be joining Home-Start Hampshire as we increase the charity’s offering across the county; we are passionate about empowering families to give children the best possible start in life through a highly motivated team of staff and volunteers. Our CEO will lead our team in making a real difference in Hampshire
