Originally created to bring the town together in celebration\, the carnival has evolved over the decades\, becoming one of Andover’s biggest and most anticipated annual events. \nAfter a break\, the carnival was revived in 2008 by a passionate team of volunteers\, determined to keep the tradition alive.
