Their Social Club is the perfect way to start your Friday. Enjoy a warm and welcoming session filled with tea, cake, conversation, and a mix of light-hearted activities such as bingo, quizzes, and indoor games.

There are also gentle chair-based exercises suitable for all abilities, making it an inclusive space where everyone can take part at their own pace.
