Unity’s Digital Service is to help Community Groups and Charities serving the Test Valley community to increase efficiency and raise public awareness using digital tools and strategies as well as assisting individuals to become more digitally literate and improve confidence.
Help for Groups and Organisations
Are you a Community Group or charity in the Test Valley area that needs help with your digital estate? We can offer help in the following areas:
Digital strategy – We can help you make best use of available and relevant digital platforms that will help you and your organisation deliver effective communication of your services to your customers.
Social Media – We can provide guidance on social media channels and effective use of them. We can also help you chose what social media platforms are right for you.
Websites – Does your organisation need a website, or does your current website need a refresh? We can help you by advising on best practices and help you and your organization get the most out of your website.

Help for Individuals
Do you or someone you know require assistance with becoming digitally literate? As part of Unity’s digital services, we can provide free one to one support for individuals requiring assistance.
We offer support with:
Social Media – Looking at setting a particular social media account up? We can help with this and provide tailored one to one assistance.
Email Accounts – Are you looking at setting up an email account but not sure where to start? Unity is here to help!
Online shopping and banking – We can provide assistance showing you how to shop and bank online and stay safe while you do so.
Video Conferencing – Looking at connecting with family and friends on a video conferencing platform? We can assist you with setting up accounts, delivering one to one tailored support.
