CMF Website User Testing

At the last CMF, TVBC mentioned undertaking user testing for the new single point of contact Armed Forces webpage for Test Valley and the surrounding areas. This webpage has been drafted and they are now looking for volunteers to take part in user testing to provide feedback on how they can develop the website to best meet their needs.

TVBC would like to hear from a broad range of people with different needs and experiences.

Who can volunteer?

Anyone who considers themselves a ‘user’ of Armed Forces support.  We are particularly interested in hearing from serving personnel, spouses, children, veterans and carers directly.

Where and when are the sessions?

We plan to hold all sessions on Microsoft Teams for ease of access. However, we will make arrangements for those who do not have access to a device at home.

  • Thursday 29 July – 17:30-19:00
  • Thursday 5 August – 10:00-11:30
  • Tuesday 10 August – 16:00-17:30

What will happen at the session?

They will run through sections of the website on a shared screen and ask participants for feedback. All participants are encouraged to talk about their personal reasons for accessing a website like this and their typical journey to finding information.

Can I bring my children to the session?

Yes please do!  They would welcome their input and viewpoint.
