National Provider Q&A weekly call

Care providers are invited to attend the weekly national Provider Q&A call, to ask questions, hear about new developments and requirements for using the Capacity Tracker system.
This is your opportunity to be supported directly by the central Capacity Tracker team in updating and using the Capacity Tracker system and is key to your provision of safe patient service, protecting acute capacity and ensuring business viability where relevant.
The Q&A call takes place weekly at 1pm on Tuesday. Click here at 1pm on Tuesday to join the meeting. If you are unable to click on the link to join, please right click on your mouse and select ‘open hyperlink’, this will also enable you to join.

Capacity Tracker – new functionality training sessions

The Capacity Tracker system captures a wide variety of information which is reviewed at local, regional and national levels. Up until now, providers have not been able to see reports containing their own data, nor have they had the opportunity to see national data sets to compare their status against.
After listening to feedback, the Capacity Tracker team have launched new Provider Access functionality, which will allow users to compare their location data at a local and regional level. Training sessions are taking place in April.
