Senior Human Resources Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our very busy HR team based in Andover.  Our Senior Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of the HR function and is crucial to the success of the organisation.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the services of our amazing staff are in high demand and using your outstanding HR experience you will ensure we continue to provide them with the HR support they need.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing HR practices, processes, policies and strategies in line with Andover Mind’s Business Plan, promoting our values and shaping a positive culture.

Working with our experienced HR Coordinator you will oversee the payroll and recruitment processes and receive their support in an efficient and professional manner in the administration of employee relations and all employee lifecycle requirements.

To succeed in this role you will be required to use your own initiative and leadership skills on a daily basis.  You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of HR databases and IT systems (we use Google suite) and possess an awareness and understanding of the needs of people with mental ill-health.

If you have an accomplished background in Human Resources, can build and maintain excellent working relationships, are able to handle a busy working week where no two days are the same and feel you have the right skills and qualities we would love to hear from you.

We offer ongoing training and development to all staff and 27 days holiday entitlement rising to 30 days after 3 full years service plus bank holidays.

Location: Andover Mind Office

Hours: 27.5 hours per week over 5 days

Salary: £14.63 per hour £20,920.90 p.a. (FTE £28,528.50 p.a.)

Corporate & Community Fundraising Officer

Andover Mind is one of Hampshire’s leading mental health charities.  This role has become vacant due to an internal promotion that arose as a result of the success of our amazing team’s ability to meet the needs of our communities around mental health and well-being support, during this phase of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an experienced Fundraiser.  Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Resources you will implement, review and develop the fundraising strategy and plan.

You will come with a strong track record of generating income through community and corporate fundraising activities.

Representing Andover Mind and the awesome services our amazing staff provide, you will plan, develop and organise events that will contribute towards achieving targets, working with the Marketing Assistant to maximise publicity on all fundraising activity both internally and externally.

An important part of this role is to develop relationships with external partners and networks and ensure that any new networks are utilised to maximise fundraising opportunities.

So, if you have a proven track record in raising significant funds for charity, are able to motivate, influence and nurture new and existing relationships using your excellent communication and networking skills, we would love to hear from you!

Hours: 18 hours per week.  Working pattern to be discussed at the interview.

Salary: £12.82 per hour (£25,000 Full-Time Equivalent)
