Some great “quick wins” to add activity to your day:
- Turn up your favourite song and have fun dancing around for a few minutes.
- Head out for a 10-minute “commute” walk before starting your day.
- Try some chair-based yoga as a way of fitting in some stretching.
- Give the #LoadingScreenChallenge a go and use the time it takes your computer to load to get moving. You could do star jumps or march on the spot.
- If you’ve got a call to make, why not move around as you talk.
